Remove the tips of the wings and discard or save for making stock. Using kitchen shears, or a knife, separate the wings at the joint.
Place the chicken wings in a bowl. Add the baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Toss to coat the chicken evenly with the baking powder and spices.
Place the chicken wings on Air Fryer Pan or on a baking rack with pan underneath
Bake for 40 minutes or until wings are light golden brown and crispy.

Transfer baked wings to a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until completely coated.
