  • 2lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2tsp Onion Powder
Buffalo Sauce Ingredients
  • 1/2cups Hot SauceI used franks
  • 2tbsp ButterMelted
  • 1tbsp Honey
  • 1tbsp Sriracha
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Remove the tips of the wings and discard or save for making stock. Using kitchen shears, or a knife, separate the wings at the joint.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a bowl. Add the baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Toss to coat the chicken evenly with the baking powder and spices.
  4. Place the chicken wings on Air Fryer Pan or on a baking rack with pan underneath
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until wings are light golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients
  7. Transfer baked wings to a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until completely coated.
  8. Enjoy your buffalo wings!
