A twist on my classic orange chicken recipe that comes together in just 20 minutes! Serve cauliflower rice and steamed broccoli for a complete meal!

Mango Orange Chicken
Ingredients
Orange Chicken Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb. bonelessskinless chicken breasts (pounded 1/4"-thick)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Black Pepper
Orange Chicken Sauce Ingredients:
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tsp. gluten free low sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup Rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tsp. fresh ginger
- 1 Tsp. Sambal more if you like it spicy!
- 1/2 cup fresh mango diced
- 1 in Tbsp. Corn starch dissolved2 Tbsp. Cold water
Instructions
To Make The Chicken:

Season chicken generously with pepper

Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-low until oil shimmers.

Add chicken, Cook, without moving, for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

(the chicken should easily releases from pan)

Turn chicken; cook 6 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the center of breast registers 155°F. Remove from pan and let chicken stand for 3 minutes

Slice chicken into cubes
For the sauce:

Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger & Sambal; add to the pan with garlic.

Let the sauce come to a boil, then stir Corn starch dissolved in water and boil for an additional minute or two until thickened. Stir in mango. Remove from heat and serve cauliflower rice and steamed broccoli.

Garnish with green onions & sesame seeds.
