Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Adobo
  • 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 8 Ounce Can Tomato Sauce Low Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth Gluten Free Brands Only
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter

Garnish

  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Preparation 1. Season Chicken with salt and pepper 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan, add chicken and cook until browned. Then Remove 3. Add remaining oil, garlic, and spices to pan on low. Cook for 30 seconds 4. Add Tomato sauce, chocolate, almond butter, and chicken broth. Let it simmer and stir the sauce. 5. Add the chicken and cook until its finished 6. Serve and slice avocado, add garnishes and sesame seeds
  2. Serve with Quinoa or brown rice, and sautéed vegetables of your choice.
