Best Buffalo Cauliflower

My husband asked for buffalo chicken wings while watching a football game instead I gave him hot and spicy cauliflower covered in Buffalo Sauce and Sriracha. His response "wow even the stalk is good"

  • 1 Head Cauliflower sliced
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce I used franks red hot
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with tin foil.

  2. Slice cauliflower

  3. Put sliced cauliflower on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper. Bake for 30 minutes turning half way through.

  4. Meanwhile, combine hot sauce, sriracha, butter in a large bowl.

  5. Add the roasted cauliflower and toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!
